Fire wood from the trees that are being removed in our Association is available at Hansen Park. It is free on a first come first serve basis to anyone who would like it. If you have any questions, contact the office at (619) 464-1221.

| Winter Clubhouse Rental Hours |

Both the Hatfield and Hansen Clubhouse are available to rent. Rental hours for Hatfield Clubhouse are 4:00 pm to 12:00 am Friday and Saturday, 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and 10:00 am to 10:00 pm Sunday and Monday. Rental hours for Hansen Clubhouse are 10:00 am to 12:00 am Friday and Saturday and 10:00 am to 10:00 pm all other days. The clubhouse is only available to residents of RSDA. Rental fee is $100.00 with a $300.00 security deposit due when picking up the keys for the rental. (maximum of 50 guests)
The Clubhouses book up fast. Rentals are on a first come first serve basis. A rental agreement must be filled out at the time of the booking and the rental fee paid in full. Call the office for availability (619) 464-1221

| Allied Waste Pick Up Schedule |

Trash and recycling pick up is every Thursday, with the exception of the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If the holiday falls on or before the pickup day, the trash will be one day late that week only.
As a reminder, Allied Waste will collect from their trash and recycle cans only! If you require additional cans, you can contract with Allied Waste directly at (619) 421-9400. There is a fee for additional cans and/or green fill pick up. |
